The mission of the Worship Ministry is to provide opportunities for uplifting, inspirational, and meaningful experiences of worship, including liturgies, prayer, hymns, special music, choirs, Praise Band, accompanists, and the Altar Guild. The ministry also works closely with the staff on services for church holidays and celebrations and other special services throughout the year.

Choir rehearsals are held on Sunday mornings at 9:35 a.m. in the Music Room and new members are always welcome to join the choir.
The choir also presents special cantatas throughout the year as appropriate to the season.

The Altar Guild at Peace Lutheran Church fulfills the responsibility of preparing the altar for worship. This means that they prepare for the celebration of Holy Communion (which is celebrated every Sunday) and change the paraments on the altar according to the seasons of the church year.

The Altar Guild meets once a year in the fall to organize their serving schedule and discuss any changes in procedure or issues of concern. New members are always welcome to join the Altar Guild. Call the church office (715-755-2515) if you would like more information or to volunteer.
